Summary

New opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established commercial builder on a 6-month contract, supporting the delivery of a large scale mixed use development construction project in Perth.

Working directly under an experienced Senior Site Manager, you'll play a key role in coordinating site operations, driving programme outcomes, and ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality are maintained throughout the project.

Tier 2 commercial builder, who specialise in the delivery of a range of commercial construction projects, typically in the $50-150m project value range. 

Key Responsibilities

• Daily management and coordination of subcontractors and site activities
• Ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to programme
• Maintaining high standards of quality and workmanship
• Coordinating site logistics and short-term programming
• Conducting site inspections and managing compliance requirements
• Working closely with the Senior Site Manager, Project Manager, and consultant team
• Managing client and stakeholder expectations on site

About You

• Proven experience as a Site Manager / Supervisor on commercial construction projects
• Strong understanding of site safety, quality, and programme management
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with subcontractors and project stakeholders
• Trade or tertiary qualifications within construction are advantageous
• Current White Card
