A Tier 2 business who some people do describe as a Tier 1 currently operate in WA, Victoria and QLD and are looking to add a few key people to their QLD team. They have been operating in QLD for over 15 years and a solid reputation with over $250m worth of projects currently in construction phase.
 
The role – Site Manager 
They are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join the business and initially deliver a $9M project which is a refurb/newbuild project. This project will start construction early October.
 
What you need to be successful for this role of Site Manager:

• Previous experience delivering projects of $15M plus
• Experience with a well known Tier 2 builder
• Able to lead from the front and be self sufficient
• Previous education experience would be an advantage
• Very good organisational skills
• A team player
• Stability with previous employers
