A commercial builder established 10 years ago, who are creating a fantastic name for themselves in Brisbane and have a very experienced senior management team in the business. They are currently sitting with roughly 40 staff and have a T/O of just over $50M.
  
They have a full order book of exciting projects throughout 2022. This is a long-term career opportunity with senior management opportunities available as you progress.
 
The Role – Site Manager
They are looking for a Site Manager to join the business to deliver a $15M commercial project in Brisbane. You will be totally responsible for the site and demonstrate confidence in the delivery of a 7 storey building.
 
Requirements

• Experience delivering projects of $10-15M +
• Experience delivering a 7 storey building
• A trade background
• Experience with a similar size builder
• An open QLD supervisors license
• Stability with previous employers
• A team player
