The Company:
We are currently working in partnership with a highly regarded builder who specialise in high-end boutique apartments in the exclusive parts of the North Shore & the Eastern Suburbs. They are not the biggest builder but place a focus on delivering a quality product rather than hammering subbies and cutting corners.

The Project: 
They have a new project due to start in the next few weeks - a new build $10m boutique apartment block right on the shoreline of the Iconic Bondi Beach. It will be a 4 story build with one basement – Ultra high-end finishes

In addition to the boutique apartment job, they have 3 new sites starting in the next 2 months that they will mobilising teams for. All projects are in the Eastern suburbs, high-end architectural projects in nature and are a mixture of stand alone dwellings and complex refurbishments 

Work / Life Balance
You will be given a Leading hand and 2 x Labourer to complete the project to a high standard where Saturdays are shared out throughout the team. 
 
I see this suiting a keen, eager and professional Foreman looking to step up to a Site Manager position, who looking to work for a young, growing construction company where you can grow with the business.
