The Company
  
This builder has over 2 decades of experience in NSW and QLD and boasts a large portfolio of projects completed within the commercial, heritage renovations, auditoriums, hospitality refurbishments sectors. The company currently holds a strong financial position and is hiring due to a busy forwarding order book for the remainder of the year
  
The Opportunity
  
Due to planned growth and expansion into the South Coast region they are looking to engage a Site Manager that is capable of delivering projects between $5M - $10M
  
You will be required to oversee/coordinate the day to day activates to ensure that safety, quality, and programme are adhered to. You will work with long serving sub-contractors that are taken care of and work in collaboration to achieve common goals.
  
You will successfully deliver a $4M hospitality project with a programme of 25 weeks then move onto other work that is planned in the region

Background / Experience
  • Trade (compulsory) and tertiary building qualification highly regarded
  • Ability to build solid relationships with stakeholders and manage personnel to operate cohesively within a team environment
  • Strong technical, planning & programming skills
  • Extensive knowledge of building trades, and how to push projects
  • Above average administration skills with a keen eye for managing budgets, preliminaries and variation management
  • Good safety & company system management skills
