As a result of these new projects coming through, they are seeking an experienced Site Manager with a proven background in delivering projects $10m+ to play a key role in the site management and delivery of these new projects. 

The projects awarded are diverse in size and scale, mainly around the Perth metro area and typically ranging from $10m-$50m. Mixed use developments, Industrial, Apartments, Educational and Commercial are key sectors where they have a strong presence.

Due to their long standing relationships, proven experience in delivery and high performing team, this is a builder who regularly receives repeat business from key clients in the industry. 

This is a permanent opportunity with a highly competitive salary package, negotiable on experience from $140k + Super + Vehicle / Allowance.
