The Company 
 
A long standing client of CGC who have a very reputable and respected presence in the construction market as a fit out contractor are actively seeking a 1 x Site Manager for a new project they have picked up in Central Newcastle 

The company have got an excellent reputation in the fit out and refurbishment market with their two owners coming from large tier backgrounds within this space. As a result of this they have a good client book so to speak with allot of solid and interesting projects being issued. 
 

The Project 

The project in question is a large Hotel refurbishment, which will have 2 different stages to the job. First stage which will run until xmas will be on the facades and awning then jan until june will be all internal refurbishment works   

The role
 
The Site manager role will be on a contract basis for a period of 9 months.  The SM will need to have proven experience within the refurbishment market and Hotels, clubs , rsl's and pubs would be highly looked upon. other Key areas they will look for is :

• Hotels, Pubs, clubs or rsl experience  
• Strong client interaction focus
• Ability to work in a small team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

The Reward 

Hourly rate will be discussed
