The sectors they operate in are Education, agecare, industrial, defence and health and their project vales vary from $5M to $70M with projects in the $15M to $30M being their consistent areas.
 
The role – Site Manager
Due to recent successful tenders their workload for the the reamidner of 2018 and start of 2019 is looking very exciting and they have a need for a Site Manager to join the ever growing business who are now one of the busiest Tier 2 builders in QLD. Your first project will be a $10M school located between Brisbane and Toowoomba that start construction early July. 
 
What you need to be successful

• Experience delivering projects from a value of $10M plus
• Experience with a similar size builder
• Stability with previous employers
• Come from a trade background
• Experience in multiple sectors is preferred
