An exciting and rare opportunity has arisen to work for a professional, well run and ethically strong fit out and refurbishment builder based in Sydney.
  
The Company: 
Working in a fair and professional manner this builder have made a great name for themselves and they treat subcontractors with respect and have strong relationships in place. This is one of the key reasons they are able to produce a quality project for their clients and constantly win repeat business.
  
The Role: 
As the Site Manger you will run the site in its entirety, managing all documentation, safety and risk, writing short term programs, managing the site diaries, managing the subcontractors, consultants while interacting with the client.
  
You will ideally have experience using and managing the project documentation through a tablet and or Microsoft project / excel. You'll ideally come from a trade background and have some 5 to 10 years working as Site Manager and must have experience working for a tier 3 builder in the fit out and refurbishment sector.
  
The Person Spec: 
To fit with the culture you will be a self-starter with the ability to work autonomously, taking pride in your work and working in a collaborative and effective manner. Naturally your communication and presentation will be first class, coupled with a solid career history.
