Established over 30 years ago this highly respected builder specialise in the commercial, residential, age care, education and health sectors. They have recently secured a large Education project on the outskirts of Sydney CBD and are looking to secure a Site Manager with experience building projects up to $30m.
   
As the Site Manager you are completely responsible for the delivery of the project reporting directly so being able to lead from the front is essential. The project is located in a busy area so experience working delivering tight sites is a must.  
  
To be considered for this role you will have: 

• Worked for a similar size builder in Australia.
• Have the relevant experience as a Site Manager (not a foreman)
• Health and or Education experience highly desirable. 
• Competent with programming.
• Excellent people management skills.
• Able to work in team environment.
• Able to lead from the front.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to spend a good amount of time with a builder who are constantly growing their NSW operation.
