In the last 2 years they have starting making a name for themselves in the high-spec lux residential market. They have delivered a handful of projects and in the next 12-18 months have several more in planning stages.

The Position

Currently we are helping with the recruitment of a Site Manager that has a strong background working in the luxury residential market and is accustomed to delivering high spec, boutique unit developments valued up to $10Mil. The scope of works will include detailed and bulk excavation, construction of a multistory apartment block containing 12 units.

Ideal background

• Carpentry trade with management/coordination experience on high spec luxury residential projects
• Ability to plan, coordinate and manage sub-contractors
• Ability to interpret drawings and programmes and develop short term programmes
• Strong background working within
• Good communication and an intermediate level of computer literacy
