The Company

You will be joining a business that has become a major player in the NSW market over the last 25 years helping bring to life a diverse and innovative range of projects with blue chip clients. Over the last 24 months their turnover has exceeded the $700M mark which has enabled them to increase capability at mid-senior level management level and are well positioned tendering NSW government and private sector projects up to and over $100M
Tender pipeline includes - educational, data centres, industrial warehouses, aged care and general commercial works $40M - $120M

The Position
 
Reporting into an experienced Project Manager and supported by a highly regarded Construction Manager you will successfully delivery a 20M project that incorporates industrial, research and administration facilities worth 20M
 
You will be supported by a full site team and be able to set the job up yourself.
 
This is a full-time position that will be paying depending on experience however figure above 200K are achievable    
 
Background / Experience
  • Trade with additional tertiary building qualification advantageous
  • Demonstrated ability to have independently delivered projects in excess of $10M
  • Must have experience working across re-cladding works
  • Ability to build good client relationships and manage personnel and operate cohesively within a team environment
  • Strong technical, planning & programming skills
  • Extensive knowledge around logistical planning for CBD projects
  • Good safety & company system management skills
