The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and driven Civil Site Engineer to join a leading mid-tier civil contractor delivering a $30M infrastructure project on the lower end of the Sunshine Coast. The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Supporting day-to-day site engineering activities
- Assisting with project planning, programming, and coordination
- Managing quality assurance and ensuring compliance with specifications
- Liaising with subcontractors and supervising site works
- Monitoring project progress and reporting on performance
- Assisting with cost control and procurement processes
- Ensuring safety standards and procedures are upheld on site
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Approximately 2+ years of post-graduate experience in civil construction
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
- Passion for building a long-term career within the civil construction industry
