Location: Regional New South Wales

About the Project
We are delivering a new education facility in regional NSW, currently in its early stages. This is a great opportunity to join a project from the ground up and play a key role in its successful delivery as part of a reputable main contractor.
The Role
As a Site Engineer, you will support the project delivery team in coordinating and managing on-site engineering activities. Working closely with the Project Manager and Site Manager, you will ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with planning and coordination of construction activities
- Interpret and manage construction drawings and specifications
- Ensure works are delivered in accordance with design, quality, and safety standards
- Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and site personnel
- Monitor progress against program and report on key milestones
- Conduct site inspections and support quality assurance processes (ITPs, checklists, etc.)
- Manage RFIs, shop drawings, and document control processes
- Support procurement and material tracking
- Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports
- Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar
- Previous experience working as a Site Engineer with a head contractor
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies and site practices
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a regional location for the duration of the contract
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and team-focused approach
