Site & Project Engineer - Major Transport Infrastructure Project
North Brisbane | Initial 3-Month Contract | Tier 1 Contractor
We are currently seeking both an experienced Site and Project Engineer to join a recently awarded major transport infrastructure project located approximately 50 minutes north of Brisbane.
This is an excellent opportunity to join the project during the early stages of construction, playing a key role in delivering critical day-to-day site engineering activities while gaining exposure to a landmark infrastructure development with a leading Tier 1 contractor.

Working closely with the Project and Senior Engineering teams, you will be responsible for supporting daily site operations across a range of civil construction activities. This role will suit an engineer who enjoys being hands-on in the field and thrives in a fast-paced project environment.

- Day-to-day site engineering and project coordination
- Assisting with planning and delivery of construction activities
- Quality assurance and compliance documentation
- Managing subcontractors and site crews
- Reviewing drawings and technical documentation
- Conducting site inspections and progress reporting
- Supporting safety and environmental requirements on site
To be considered for the role, you will ideally possess:
- Degree qualification in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 3 years' experience working with a main or mid-tier civil contractor
- Previous exposure to road, rail, or major infrastructure upgrade projects
- Strong understanding of civil construction methodologies and site processes
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a high-performing project team
- Initial 3-month contracts with strong likelihood of extension
