CGC Recruitment are working in partnership with a privately owned, leading tier 2 builder / head contractor who have recently been awarded a number of new projects and have a key area of focus on expanding their internal building services team.
 
The Client
Our client has been operating in QLD for over 15 years and have an office in the Gold Coast and Brisbane. They operate in multiple sectors such as residential, industrial, education, agecare and health with their projects ranging from $5M to $40M. They currently operate with over 100 staff between the two offices.
 
The Role – Services Manager
As a Services manager you will be the only person in this role on the business and will be between multiple sites when necessary between Brisbane and the Gold Coast. Their preference is to secure someone who lives on the Gold Coast so you can based out of their head office but they are open to both locations.
 
What you need:

• Have a strong services background
• Previously Worked for a well known builder in this role
• Stability on your CV
• Able to work self sufficiently
• Happy to travel between site when needed (car and petrol card provided)
