The Company:

Established in Sydney over 50 years ago, multi award-winning builder that is a household name in the mid tier market. The majority of their work is from repeat business and negotiated tenders so growth it steady and consistent which enable good staff retention within the team/s

They operate in health, education and age care sectors but are also known for taking on projects in challenging and technical sectors which is sometimes outside of their comfort zone, they do this so that their employees are constantly learning new skills.
  
The Position:
  
Reporting into veteran manager in the business and working closely with the project delivery teams we are looking some that has come from an engineering services or trade background that ideally has experienced across all service disciplines but particularly within health, education and/or aged care experience.
  
The position will encompass management of design and design finalisation of services disciplines, involvement in procurement and management of delivery and then heavy commissioning and completion involvement. From time to time you might also help in the tendering department depending on workload.
  
The role will work across multiple projects (1-2) spending time in the office and on site.

Ideal background

• Engineering degree (mechanical or electrical) OR trade background
• Experience working within a tier two builder across projects upwards or 20M
• Commercial project  - aged care, health and education
