Job description

The Client

A specialist fire protection company with 10 years' experience in the industry. They are 100% Australian owned and operated and have built an industry leading business working to key principles like innovation and reliability.

The Role

They are looking for an experienced Service Coordinator to join their team and help organise the service technicians. Your day-to-day duties will involve scheduling, coordinating, fielding inbound calls, raising invoices, timesheets and much more. 

Responsibilities 
  • ​​​​​​Handle service and repair enquiries from customers
  • Maintain service schedule
  • General service administration
  • Assist with the coordination of routine service and repair call outs
  • Prepare quotes for call outs or repair works
  • Prepare draft service agreement for new customers for review by Service Manager
  • Review service reports for follow up works and completion of works
  • To visit clients when required to understand their requirements, needs and the site conditions
