It's in their North Sydney office where they're looking for an exceptional Lead Structural Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the design, analysis, and construction of civil structures such as retaining walls, large pits, and small bridges.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of engineers and drafters.
• Ensure all structural designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.
• Conduct site inspections and assessments to monitor progress and ensure quality control.
• Prepare and review technical reports, specifications, and design documentation.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in structural engineering practices within the team.
• Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

You will have:
 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Chartered Engineer (CPEng) status is required.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on civil structures.
• Proven experience in urban land development projects is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of relevant design codes and standards.
• Proficiency in structural analysis software and CAD tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
