About the Company

Our client is a highly regarded Tier 2 commercial builder with a proven track record delivering quality projects across the commercial, industrial, education, health and government sectors.

With a strong reputation for repeat business, collaborative project teams and successful project delivery, they continue to secure a diverse pipeline of work across the Perth market.

Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join their team.

The Role

Working closely with the Project Manager/Site Manager and wider site team, you'll take responsibility for the day-to-day management of site activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating subcontractors and daily site activities
• Driving construction programme and short-term planning
• Monitoring safety, quality and environmental compliance
• Managing subcontractor performance and site productivity
• Conducting toolbox talks and site coordination meetings
• Liaising with the Project Manager, consultants and client representatives
• Driving projects through to practical completion and handover

About You 

• Previous experience as a Site Supervisor delivering commercial or industrial building projects
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and subcontractor coordination
• A sound understanding of HSE, QA and construction compliance
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Trade qualification or tertiary qualification in Construction (desirable)
