A highly regarded commercial builder is seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to take full ownership of a $40M mixed-use residential project in St Kilda.
This is an opportunity for a genuine all-rounder—someone who has successfully delivered new build projects valued above $20M from site establishment through to practical completion.
You'll inherit a well-supported project with an experienced Project Manager, two Contract Administrators, two Foremen, and two Leading Hands already in place, allowing you to focus on driving programme, quality, safety, and delivery.
About You

About You
- Proven experience delivering $20M+ new build projects as the No.1 Site Manager
- Strong across structures, services coordination, finishes, commissioning, and project handover
- Demonstrated ability to run projects from early works through to completion
- Commercially aware with excellent programming and construction sequencing skills
- Confident leading large site teams while mentoring junior supervisors
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
- Permanent opportunity with an immediate start
