A highly respected builder-developer with over 30 years of success in the NSW construction market is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Site Manager to join the delivery team on a major new development valued at approximately $40M.

With a strong reputation built on repeat clientele, quality project delivery, and long-term industry relationships, this organisation continues to develop and construct high-quality projects. Working directly for the developer, you will play a key role within the construction team alongside an experienced Project Manager, Contract Administrator, and established site team.

This is a complex, multi-level project commencing from the ground up on a near-greenfield site. As such, we are seeking a Site Manager with strong structural construction experience across concrete, steel, services coordination, and large-scale project delivery.

This is the ideal opportunity for a Site Manager who wants to BUILD and get things done. 

The Role
Reporting to the Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the site
  • Coordinating and supervising subcontractors, trades, and suppliers
  • Driving programme, quality, and safety outcomes throughout construction
  • Leading site meetings and maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders
  • Liaising with consultants, architects, engineers, and internal management teams
  • Monitoring project progress to ensure milestones and programme targets are achieved
  • Maintaining high standards of workmanship, presentation, and compliance
  • Managing site documentation, RFIs, defect management, and reporting processes
  • Ensuring all WHS requirements and site safety obligations are met
  • Ability to bring in your own team of supporting site staff if required
About You
  • 7+ years' experience as a Site Manager delivering large-scale construction projects $20M+
  • Proven experience delivering projects valued at $10M+ from the ground up
  • Strong knowledge of structural construction, including concrete and steel packages
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to drive programme while maintaining quality and safety standards
  • Current White Card and unrestricted driver's licence
