This role is ideally suited to someone transitioning from a construction background, such as a Contract Administrator, Site Engineer, or Project Engineer, who is looking to step into a client-side Project Manager position, or an experienced Project Manager seeking a more dynamic and personalised consultancy environment. 

The Role
You will be responsible for managing projects end-to-end on behalf of clients, ensuring successful delivery across commercial, retail, industrial and residential sectors throughout Brisbane and South East Queensland. You will work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors, taking ownership of programme, cost, design coordination and stakeholder management.

The Directors are keen to talk with both Mid-level and senior project manager-level applicants and are actively looking to interview due to an increase in project workload. 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects through full lifecycle from feasibility to completion
• Coordinate consultants, contractors and key stakeholders
• Oversee programme, cost planning and risk management
• Act as the key client interface, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded
• Contribute to strategic advisory and development outcomes

Candidate Profile

• Background in construction (Contract Administrator, Site Engineer, Project Engineer or similar)
• Degree qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, Property, Design or similar
• Minimum 5 years of total industry experience for the Project Manager level
• Minimum 3 years of Project Management experience for the Senior Project Manager level
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Commercially astute with a proactive and solutions-driven mindset
