The Opportunity
Senior Project Manager opportunity, reporting into the Construction Director you will be responsible for managing the delivery team on a $10m commercial project in the Eastern suburbs implementing company procedures whilst ensuring compliance with relevant WHS legislation, reporting on cost and time parameters'
You will know how to operate in an environment that works to tight deadlines and have a thorough understandings of contractual implications
This position could suit a Senior Project Manager that has had exposure to delivering commercial construction projects from $5m to $20m

Ideal Background
- Degree within Construction Management, Engineering or related
- Understanding of project management principles and building products
- A good understanding of construction methodologies & local subbies
- A good understanding of BCA requirements.
- Ability to inspire and lead teams
- High attention to detail.
- Experience using Procore and other Microsoft programs
