Well run builder with history spanning over 40 years in NSW. Strong history working within the private education and aged care industry however in more recent years forged a name within the boutique luxury residential industry working with prestigious architects.
The Position
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the procurement process, coordination of subcontractors, liaising with your site team to drive the program to an effective and successful conclusion. You will manage all correspondence with the relevant stakeholders including the client, consultants, designers and internal staff.
Upcoming projects include a luxury multi-storey apartment block $8M and a $7M educational project in the inner west.

Ideal background
- Construction Management or related degree and min 5 + years’ experience as a Project Manager
- Strong technical building/design knowledge and experience working with tier two builders.
- Demonstrated leaderships skills and ability to drive and motivate your team
- Strong local experience within the Sydney market.
