Summary
CGC have been engaged by a well established, expanding national tier 2 design & construction head contractor to recruit a Senior Project Manager to oversee the delivery of new build commercial & industrial projects for their key clients in Perth metro.
Projects are highly diverse in size and scale, typically in the $30-$80m range mainly located around the Perth metro region. The business specialise in delivering logistics facilities, distribution centres, high spec warehouses etc.
The Client
Having been established 15+ years ago, the senior management team have been with the business for a significant period of time and are highly innovative in their approach, always looking to provide the best solutions to their clients problems - which is the philosophy of the business driven by the Managing Director.
The Role - Senior Project Manager
As a Senior Project Manager, you will have the support but also full autonomy to run and deliver your own projects. We're ideally seeking an experienced PM with 5+ years experience in a Project Manager position, with strong knowledge and experience working with structural steel and concrete in particular, with the client open to the right person coming from either a commercial/industrial/NPI building background.
You will be technically strong, with a good design understanding but also driven to improve, develop and grow with the business. Reporting into the Construction Manager, you'll have direct access to the senior leadership team.
