With a strong track record delivering architecturally designed developments and over $1B in completed and pipeline projects, this business is known for its commitment to quality, integrity, and design excellence.
Due to continued growth, an opportunity exists for an experienced Senior
Project Manager to take ownership of high-end residential projects (class 2) valued up to $30M, predominantly located in the Sutherland Shire.
You will lead projects end-to-end, from pre-construction through to delivery, ensuring programme, cost, and quality objectives are achieved. Working closely with senior leadership, consultants, and subcontractors, you will play a key role in maintaining the company’s reputation for delivering premium developments.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage full project lifecycle across high-end residential builds
- Oversee design development, approvals, procurement, and construction delivery
- Drive programme, budget, and risk management outcomes
- Coordinate consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements
- Maintain exceptional quality and finish aligned with luxury project standards
About You
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager within residential construction
- Strong background delivering Class 2 (ideally $10M–$30M range)
- Experience working on high-end / luxury residential developments
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong commercial acumen and contract management capability
- Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar
