Salary will in line with experience however a package of $200K + is 
achievable.

The Position

Due to planned growth this builder is looking to engage a Senior Project Manager. Reporting into the Construction Manager you will deliver projects within the aged cared, educational and commercial sector valued to $25M. You will help train and mentor junior members of staff and become an integral member of the project management team.

Within an 12-18 month period an position will open up for another Construction Manager in the business, the incumbent will be able to apply for this position

Key responsibilities will include:

• Procurement
• Master programming
• Negotiate and liaison with subcontractors
• Manage project financials
• Liaising with your site team to drive the program to an effective and successful conclusion.
• Manage all correspondence with the relevant stakeholders including the client, consultants, designers and internal staff.

You will need to have completed a construction management degree, have experience working within the tier two construction market and demonstrated experience working on commercial projects.
