Established over 30 years ago this highly respected builder who specialise in the commercial, health/agecare sectors are expanding their operation in Brisbane and are becoming one of the busier tier 2 builders in QLD. Due to some internal movements/growth and projects secured there is an opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to come into the business and be a key figure in their new office in Rockhampton.  
  
They have a fantastic reputation in the QLD market and are a dominant force in building projects of a value of anything up to $70M but their bread and butter are projects in the $10M to $30M mark.
 
This is a key role of the business and they are keen to secure a Senior Project Manager who knows the local market to assist them in the growth of the office.  
 
To be considered for this role you must have previous experience with a similar size builder.
 
To be considered for this role of Senior Project Manager you will have:

• Worked for a similar size builder in Australia
• Have experience delivering projects of $15M plus
• Have stability on your CV
• Competent with cost reporting and programming
• Excellent man management skills
• Able to work in team environment
• Able to lead from the front
• Be well presented and a good communicator to clients and sub-contractors
• Be Rockhampton based
