Established in NSW over 20 year this well established and award winning builder has gone from strength to strength and over the last 3 years. They are a major player in the local marketplace competing against NSW’s leading mid-tier builders annually turning over $300M and employing in excess of 120 staff.
The Position:
Due to the successful appointment on a large scale refurbishment in the CBD we are assisting with the recruitment of a Senior Project Manager.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the procurement process, master programming, coordination of subcontractors, project financials and liaising with your site team to drive the program to an effective and successful conclusion. You will manage all correspondence with the relevant stakeholders including the client, consultants, designers and internal staff.
