The Role
Projects typically range from $10M-$40M and include TfNSW civil works packages involving excavation, utilities, drainage, and roadworks, supporting large-scale industrial developments for a highly regarded developer known for quality delivery.
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will take ownership of key project packages, driving delivery from planning through to completion, ensuring programme, commercial, safety, and quality objectives are achieved.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage project programmes to achieve key milestones (safety, quality, cost, and time)
- Oversee design coordination, procurement, and subcontractor management
- Drive commercial performance including cost control, forecasting, and variations
- Manage stakeholder relationships including client, consultants, and subcontractors
- Ensure full compliance with WHS, environmental, and QA systems
- Mentor and develop Project Engineers and Site Engineers
- Contribute to overall project strategy and delivery outcomes
- Tertiary qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Engineer or strong Project Engineer ready to step up
- Demonstrated experience delivering TfNSW or similar infrastructure projects
- Strong commercial acumen and contract administration experience
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Driven, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality outcomes
