We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to join a highly regarded developer-builder delivering premium residential projects across Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs.
This is an opportunity to work with a business known for crafting boutique, design-led developments with a strong reputation for quality, collaboration, and attention to detail. With a track record of delivering high-end residences and complex multi-residential projects, the company operates across the full project lifecycle—from acquisition and design through to construction and delivery.
You will be Reporting to the Project Manager, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of high-profile Class 1 & 2 residential projects up to $30M+, ensuring outcomes across programme, cost, quality, and compliance.
You will be heavily involved from early stages through to completion, working closely with consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate project engineering functions across multiple high-end residential builds
- Oversee design coordination, RFIs, and consultant management
- Drive programme and sequencing, ensuring key milestones are achieved
- Assist in procurement, subcontractor engagement, and contract administration
- Monitor cost control, variations, and forecasting
- Ensure compliance with NSW building codes, regulations, and quality standards
- Work closely with site teams to deliver exceptional finishes aligned with luxury market expectations
- Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar
- 5+ years’ experience as a Project Engineer (ideally stepping into Senior)
- Proven experience delivering Class 1 & 2 residential projects in Australia
- Exposure to high-end / architecturally designed builds highly regarded
- Strong understanding of NSW construction regulations and compliance
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and finish
- Work on design-driven, luxury residential projects in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs
- $190,000 to $220,000 + super
- End-to-end project exposure with a developer-builder model
- Strong pipeline of boutique projects with values up to $30M
