Senior Project Engineer - $3B Data Centre Project | Western Sydney

We are partnering with a well-established Tier 2 civil contractor delivering a major $3B data centre project in Western Sydney, where they have secured a significant civil works package.

Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to play a key role in the delivery of critical scopes including earthworks, piling, and roadworks.

This is a career-defining opportunity to step into a senior role on a flagship project with a strong, reputable contractor.

The Role:

• Lead the delivery of key civil packages across the project
• Manage engineers and coordinate subcontractors and site teams
• Drive programme, cost, quality, and safety outcomes
• Oversee project planning, reporting, and commercial performance
• Work closely with the Project Manager and senior leadership team

About You:

• Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• 6+ years' experience delivering civil infrastructure projects
• Proven experience as a Project Engineer stepping up or current SPE
• Strong background in earthworks, piling, or roadworks
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
