CGC Recruitment have been engaged by a well established and expanding industrial building contractor in Perth to recruit a Senior HSEQ Advisor / HSEQ Lead to play a key role within the business, being the lead HSEQ contact, responsible for developing systems, processes and working with the senior management and site construction team. 

The Client

Our client are specialist head contractor who have a proven track record in delivering large scale industrial construction projects within Perth for a diverse range of blue chip clients, logistics facilities, warehouses, distribution centres etc on projects up to $60m. 

Due to significant expansion over the past few years, they are now going through the process of gaining their ISO accreditations over the next 6 months for safety and quality, and are seeking an experienced professional to take them through this process. 

Summary of the role - Senior HSEQ Advisor / HSEQ Lead

A role that will see you managing the process and systems, as opposed to people, with a strong capability of developing relationships internally with both senior management and the site delivery teams.

Due to the nature of projects, they are seeking a professional who has a strong understanding of building codes within Australia, with experience coming from either a commercial building or civil infrastructure contractor most suited. 

Salary will be commensurate on experience, however will be within the $130-150k + Super + additional benefits ballpark. A long term permanent position within an expanding business, that will provide you with opportunity to grow and develop with the business. 

An opportunity that would align well to a HSEQ professional with 3-5+ years experience, who have proven experience but also a willingness and drive to continue to learn, develop and grow with the business.
