The Company
A highly respected builder who were established over 45 years ago initially in NSW have grown from strength to strength over the years and are now known as a national Tier 2 builder with offices located in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast and Perth. They typically deliver projects in the commercial, retail, agecare and health sectors with their projects ranging from $5M to $70M.
The role – Senior Estimator/Estimating Manager – Brisbane office
The Queensland business which currently has 3 offices located throughout have made some key management changes over the past 12months and the business is currently in a healthy position with several new projects recently been awarded. One key area that is still not resolved is for a Senior Estimator/Estimating Manager to join the Pre- Construction team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Estimator who is looking to step into a leadership role or someone who has previous experience in this role.
What you need to be considered
As a Senior Estimator/Estimating Manager you will ideally come from a Tier 2 or Tier 1 builder background and ideally have a mixture of experience with the sectors you have worked in i.e. commercial, health, retail.

You will also need:
- A construction related degree
- A commercial background
- A minimum of 10 years plus as a building Estimator
- Be competent in using Buildsoft
- Have experience with a tier 1 or large tier 2 builder in Australia
- Able to lead from the front and manage a team
- Show stability in your CV with previous employers
