The Role

Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join their commercial team. This is a key position where you will take ownership of the full estimating function across concrete paving and civil works packages.
 
Key responsibilities include:

• Leading end-to-end tendering and estimating processes
• Preparing detailed first principles estimates for concrete paving and civil works
• Interpreting drawings, specifications, and subcontractor pricing
• Producing competitive and commercially sound submissions
• Identifying risks, opportunities, and value engineering solutions
• Liaising with operations, project teams, and senior stakeholders
• Supporting ongoing business growth through successful tender outcomes

About You

• Proven experience as a Senior Estimator within civil construction
• Strong background in concrete paving and/or roadworks highly regarded
• Demonstrated success winning work in competitive tender environments
• Strong first principles estimating capability
• Ability to manage tenders autonomously from start to finish
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Full Australian working rights
