We are looking for a Senior Engagement and Education Officer to join our client, an NSW State government agency, on a contractual basis.

• 6-month contract opportunity with NSW State Government
• Go into 2023 with a new role 
• Work from home opportunity - travel to the office once a month only
• $588.02 - $918.40 per day + super 

The primary purpose of the role:
The role is responsible for developing and implementing communication plans and educational content and materials that drive engagement, influence behaviours and supports our partners to establish strong partnerships with key audience groups.

Key Accountabilities:

• Support the design and development of key engagement plans and educational content and materials that communicate of key messages and initiatives.
• Create internal and external collateral including articles, online content channels management, newsletters, emails, videos, presentations, reports and resources to support activation.
• Provide senior leaders with internal communications materials and support to equip them with relevant messaging to deliver expected outcomes.
• Collaborate with in-house resources and external partners to help create and communicate compelling stories that demonstrate the Division’s value to our people and external stakeholders.  
• Build effective and collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across the business to seek feedback and customise engagement plans and content accordingly.
• Develop, implement and report on appropriate metrics that evaluate the success and impact of education and engagement strategies and initiatives and drive improvement.
• Review and improve business systems and processes, and report on activities, performance, trends and issues against plans and budgets

MUST HAVE:

• Eligibility work full-time in Australia 
• Previous experience in a similar role is ESSENTIAL
  Excellent people skills and communication skills
• Must be able to start ASAP and pass a full background check
• MUST BE DOUBLE VACCINATED
