The Company

This builder has been trading in the NSW market for over 10 years, and has a great reputation and is currently partnering with many of NSW's leading project managers and architects.
Their portfolio consists of works delivered in the Retail, Government, Commercial and Light Industrial space executing head contract, construction management and design and construct contracts
Typical project values range anywhere from $500K - $5M however with capability to deliver works up to $15M

The Opportunity

Working autonomously alongside the Project Manager you will be required to assist with the administration of the contracts, be proactively observing project budgets and assisting the Project and Site Manager deliver project milestone.
This position will be joining an existing team of Intermediate and junior Contract Administrators.
Position will suit someone who is able to work across more complex construction trades such as steel, concrete and building service packages
Must be able to confidentially scope, negotiate and administrator trade packages valued up to $300,000
