Senior Contract Administrator (Contract Role – View to Extend)
Location: North Sydney, NSW
Start Date: ASAP
Project Value: $10M–$20M Luxury Residential Homes
The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Senior Contract Administrator to join a high-performing team delivering bespoke luxury residential projects across Sydney’s North Shore. This is an initial contract role with a strong likelihood of extension, offering the opportunity to work on architecturally designed homes with premium finishes and discerning clients.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end procurement processes, including tendering, scope preparation, and subcontractor negotiations
  • Administer contracts throughout the project lifecycle to ensure compliance, cost control, and risk mitigation
  • Work closely with project managers, site teams, and consultants to maintain programme and budget targets
  • Act as a key client-facing representative, maintaining strong relationships and providing regular project updates
  • Assess and process progress claims, variations, and final accounts
  • Drive value engineering initiatives without compromising design intent or quality
  • Ensure all commercial and contractual obligations are met across multiple projects
About You
  • Proven experience as a Senior Contract Administrator within residential or high-end construction projects
  • Strong background delivering projects in the $10M–$20M range (luxury residential experience highly regarded)
  • Excellent procurement and negotiation skills with a strong commercial mindset
  • Confident communicator with the ability to manage client relationships professionally
  • Detail-oriented with strong contract knowledge and administration capabilities
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
