An opportunity has arisen for a high-performing Senior Contract Administrator to join a well-established tier 2 commercial & industrial builder delivering a strong pipeline of projects across Perth.
With a long standing senior leadership team, reputation for quality delivery and a collaborative team environment, this role will see you working closely with experienced Project Managers and site teams on major building projects.
The Role - Senior Contract Administrator
Reporting into the Project Manager, you will take ownership of the commercial and contractual management of projects from procurement through to final account. You’ll play a key role in ensuring financial performance, managing risk, and driving value across the lifecycle of the build.

The Role - Senior Contract Administrator
Reporting into the Project Manager, you will take ownership of the commercial and contractual management of projects from procurement through to final account. You’ll play a key role in ensuring financial performance, managing risk, and driving value across the lifecycle of the build.
Key responsibilities include:
- End-to-end contract administration across multiple packages
- Letting and managing subcontracts, including scope alignment and procurement strategy
- Cost control, forecasting, and monthly financial reporting
- Assessment and management of variations, progress claims, and EOTs
- Managing client-side reporting and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
- Identifying commercial risks and implementing mitigation strategies
- Supporting project delivery teams to ensure commercial outcomes are achieved
- 5+ years’ experience in a Contract Administrator role within commercial construction
- Proven experience delivering projects with a head contractor (ideally Tier 1 or Tier 2)
- Strong understanding of subcontract management, cost planning, and contract law
- Ability to manage multiple work packages across medium to large-scale builds
- High attention to detail with strong commercial acumen
- Confident communicator who can build relationships across site and client teams
- Salary up to $220k package, reflective of experience
