The Company

They pride themselves on a culture that is high-performance yet collaborative, offering the sophisticated systems of a global firm with the personal touch and flexibility of a private enterprise.

The Role
As the Senior CA, you will be the commercial lead for a significant education project. This build requires a meticulous eye for detail and the ability to manage complex stakeholder requirements inherent in live university environments.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Commercial Management: Full lifecycle procurement, subcontract management, and final account negotiations.
  • Financial Reporting: Preparation of monthly cost reports, cash flow forecasting, and budget management.
  • Risk Mitigation: Identifying and managing commercial risks and opportunities to ensure project profitability.
  • Mentorship: Providing guidance and support to junior CA staff within the project team.
  • Relationship Management: Working closely with the Project Manager and client representatives to ensure seamless project delivery.
About You
  • Proven Experience: You have a solid track record as a Senior CA or experienced CA within the Brisbane mid-tier or tier-one market.
  • Project History: Experience delivering projects in the $20M–$50M+ range, ideally within the education, health, or complex institutional sectors.
  • Qualifications: A tertiary degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in industry-standard project management software (e.g., Jobpac, Procore).
  • Leadership: A natural ability to lead by example and foster a positive, productive team environment.
Why Apply?
  • Stable Pipeline: Join a business with a massive forward-order book and long-term career progression opportunities.
  • Prime Location: Work on a significant site located just outside the CBD with excellent accessibility.
  • Culture: High staff retention and a reputation for rewarding hard work with genuine career development.
