CGC Recruitment are currently working in partnership with a market leading, national tier 2 commercial building head contractor who have recently picked up a new $30m new build project in Perth and as a result, are expanding their team by bringing on board a Senior CA to play a key role in the project delivery. 

The Role - Senior Contract Administrator

Working closely with an experienced Senior Project Manager, you will be working on a high spec, new build facility on a highly technical $30m new build project. 
As a Lead CA, you will play a key role in the project delivery in this site based role (Perth metro location). The role will oversee all Lead CA responsibilities, from managing subcontractors, contracts, project financials etc.

About You

A proven background with a min of 5+ years experience within a tier 1/tier 2 commercial building contractor on technical new build projects $10m+. 

An open and growth mindset, keen to expand your skillset and capabilities to grow with the business.
