We are seeking a Senior Contract Administrator for a established tier 1/ tier 2 builder who are one of Australia's leading contractors. They currently operate in every state in Australia and delivering projects between $10M and $300M and they attract some of the best operators in Australia by being able to offer landmark projects and offer exciting career and professional development. 
 
They have one of the best reputations in the country with endless land mark projects including a new $165m infrastructure project based in Adelaide. As the Senior Contract Administrator you 'll mentor a Contract Administrator reporting to a Contracts Manager.
 
You'll he a Senior CA with some 10 years experience with large construction projects experience who can take control and manage consultants and contractors in a collaborative and professional manner.

To be successful for the role of Contract Administrator you will need:

• A construction degree
• A minimum of 5 years experience as a Contract Administrator
• A strong Commercial
• Experience on projects of $100m plus
• Stability on your CV
• Able to work in a team
• Good communicator
• Able to complet cost reports
• Able to mentor the younger CA’s when required
• Be well presented as you will be dealing with the client
