Skills and Experience

• A relevant tertiary qualification within construction or relevant field
• Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Proven experience delivering projects through their full life cycle
• Recent portfolio of projects in the region of $200 million.
• Knowledge of delivering project timelines and budgets in line with their projections
• A demonstrated ability to handle design applications and any issues that may arise through this process
• Experience within the residential sector is essential for this role.
