One of Australia's leading privately held soft services facilities management companies are looking for an experienced operations professional to take ownership of a portfolio of accounts across the retail sector in a Integrated services / client relationship manager role.
The role will take ownership for a number of neighbourhood retail shopping centre locations, where the organisation are delivering cleaning, security and front of house services. Most of these sites will have respective supervisors or duty managers responsible for their respective service line, but this role will take responsibility for ensuring all service lines are delivered to scope and within budget.
This is a hugely client facing position, and you will spend much of your time dealing directly with operations and centre management teams, handling issues as they arise, reporting on KPI and SLA's and looking for opportunities to deliver extra works.
To be successful in this role you will have a wealth of experience delivering soft services to retail clients. Ideally you will have managed multiple service lines across different portfolios, but those with purely a cleaning background will be considered.
You will have experience managing budgets, including full P&L reporting.
