CGC Recruitment are currently working in partnership with a leading national engineering design consultancy who have a fantastic new opportunity for a Senior or Principal Civil Engineer with land development experience to lead the Civil team in Bussleton.

The role
Senior or Principal level Civil Engineer with urban and land development experience to lead the urban/community development team of engineers, designers and drafters in the Busselton office.

This is a client facing role, responsible for projects from design through to construction phase, liaising with the client and consultant team ensuring the civil team maintains an appropriate level of service to key Clients.

About you:

• Bachelor of Civil Engineering with 8-12 years experience within a consulting background 
• Civil design and demonstrated management experience in urban/land development (desirable)
• Team leadership and mentoring experience managing a small team.
• Knowledge of relevant Australian Standards
• MUST have Australian working rights
