Job description
CGC Recruitment has been engaged by builder to assist them in finding a Senior CA for a 220 unit development in Kogarah.
The Company:
As a business they deliver projects up to $150m working with developers and land owners as a builder or in a partnership. Established for some 25 years our client have established systems and a great reputation with a number of MBA Awards which they have achieved by working in collaboration with the developers driving smart design while being cost effective.

The Project:
With a new redevelopment underway in Kogarah we are looking for a Senior CA to drive and lead the small commercial team working "hand in hand" with the PM who is based on site to drive program and design. As a business they use Cheops so experience with this would be advantageous however not essential.

- Experience with a well-known mid-tier builder
