CGC Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for a Inbound Customer Service Candidate for a highly reputable Importer/Wholesales company based out in Chester Hill.  

The Company 
Our client is a highly reputable and successful Importer/Wholesaler company based out in Chester Hill. Our client has had strong and steady growth and is seeking a strong Inbound Customer Service Candidate to join the team and support various key stake holders within the business.   

The Role

Your roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Handling inbound phone calls
  • Answering Stock enquiries
  • Processing Sales Orders
  • Conducting Accounts Receivable 
  • Month end reconcilliation  
  • Coordinating with sales team and warehouse team.
  • Organising pick-ups & deliveries with courier companies
  • Customer Service 
Who we are looking for 
  • Previous experience within Internal Sales/Customer Service  
  • Experience within Accounts Receivable 
  • Experience within the import/wholesale/construction industry is highly desirable 
  • Minimum 4 years experience in a similar position  
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised
