Sales Executive
An International Residential Property Developer with over 20 years’ experience designing and delivering influential communities. The have an annual turnover of over $2 billion this business has the capability of delivering small to large and prestigious developments.

The Residential Sales and Marketing line of business in Sydney are seeking an Project Sales Executive to join the team. Reporting to the Director, the role focus will be to aid in the continued success of apartment sales on one of the developer’s new developments boasting luxury apartment block totalling potential sales of over $160m
  
As the successful applicant, this role will see your responsibilities include:
  • Assist with opportunities via all channels including in person, phone, email, etc
  • Support strategies that generate project opportunities
  • Ensure sale quality to minimise cancellation rates
  • Update and maintain the system
  • Assist with weekly sales reporting
  • Complete market research and competitor project profiling
  • Assist in delivering presentations to large stakeholder and customer groups

As the ideal applicant you will possess:
  • Current Real Estate Licence
  • Property sales experience will be considered highly advantageous
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • The ability to manage both stakeholders / relationships
