Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 + Superannuation

The Role

• Prepare accurate sales estimates and tender pricing.
• Interpret plans, specifications, and engineering documentation.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Deliver competitive and commercially sound pricing.
• Support the delivery of a seamless pre-construction process.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years' estimating experience with a residential builder.
• Strong understanding of residential construction and costing principles.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
